Reflections:
I feel that asking gender is pretty redundant as it is a shop for female clothes. Even if it were a male buyer it would still be the female’s preference.

  1. You have some very interesting questions esp Q4 to Q7. But you might like to provide the options so it is easier to quantify our survey results later using excel spreadsheet. Too many open questions for email/online survey is not advisable. Q6 is interesting but the way it is pharase might not be immediately clear what it is you are trying to ask. There is also no options to choose thus making even harder to know what you are asking for.

    I think it is still necessary to ask the gender question for profiling purposes but there must be a follow-up question to ask what is the purpose of their visit: Shopping for yourself Buying Shopping for someone, Just browsing etc. You may potentially missed out a section of your audience if you don’t ask the right questions.
